SM Supermalls Baliwag is seeking a Tenant Relations Manager to strengthen mall-tenant partnerships from pre-construction to daily operations and lease egress. You will ensure compliance with lease terms, design criteria, and mall regulations while coordinating with engineering, building administration, and design teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service or account management.
• Strong background in managing client relationships and resolving operational concerns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in report preparation, data analysis and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays as needed.

Mansioni

• Guides tenants through pre-construction, fit-out, and operations stages, ensuring compliance with lease terms and mall regulations.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Building Administration, and Design teams to oversee tenant construction and approvals.
• Tracks sales, rental payments, and utility consumption; facilitates collections and accurate billing.
• Conducts regular inspections and coordinates safety, security, and housekeeping programs for a compliant mall environment.
• Manages tenant documentation, contracts, compliance records, and supports inter-department coordination.
