• Enhance tenant experience by improving mall operations and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Marketing and internal departments to relay mall updates and address tenant needs.
• Support tenant lifecycle from space turnover to store openings and daily operations, including crisis management.
• Drive revenue through rental collection and identifying opportunities in events, parking, advertising, and leasing.

Job description

Job Summary: The primary role is to serve as the liaison between mall management and tenants, ensuring strong relationships, smooth operations, tenant satisfaction and compliance with lease agreements. Key responsibilities include tenant relationship management, operational coordination, lease compliance monitoring, tenant engagement and retention, as well as providing support in account collection and related concerns.

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through regular engagement, audits, surveys, business reviews, retention programs, and proactive resolution of tenant concerns and operational issues.

• Enhance tenant and customer experience by designing tenant journey programs, gathering feedback, implementing service improvements, and ensuring high standards of mall operations.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration by coordinating with Marketing and internal departments, relaying mall updates, and ensuring tenant requirements are addressed efficiently.

• Support tenant lifecycle and operational needs from space turnover and construction phases to store opening and daily operations, including crisis and incident management.

• Drive business growth and revenue generation through efficient rental collection, identifying incremental income opportunities (e.g., events, parking, advertising, and leasing), and monitoring market and tenant trends to improve performance.
