Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year course graduate, business or maritime preferred.
• Experience: 1-year staff experience in manning company required.
• Specific Business Knowledge: Crew documentation familiarization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Crewing Officer in preparing, following up and ensuring that relief schedules are executed with joiners having complete and proper documentation on or before the contract expiry of onboard seafarers.
• Arrange timely PEME, visas, flag state documents, contract processing and other joining preparation for seafarers.
