Private Advertiser in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines is hiring a Telesales Team Leader to guide and motivate a telesales team operating on-site.

The role requires leadership experience in telesales and a track record in electronics installment sales, with a base salary of ₱20,000 monthly plus uncapped incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our partner company are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Telesales Team Leader to guide, motivate, and manage our telesales team. If you have a knack for leadership and a proven track record in electronic product sales or consumer financing, we want you on our team!

Core Responsibilities

• Team Management: Direct, monitor, and coach a team of telesales agents to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Performance Tracking: Evaluate team performance metrics, conduct regular QA checks, and provide constructive feedback/training.


• Sales Strategy: Implement effective telesales scripts and strategies to maximize conversion rates for installment plans.


• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular performance and sales reports to upper management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a telesales/call center environment.


• Industry Priority: Strong preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in installment sales of mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic products.


• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Location:

Willing and able to work on-site in Ortigas.
