Job summary

Allied Fusion Services, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Telesales Team Leader to supervise the daily telesales operations on-site at IT Park, driving performance through coaching and quality oversight.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 3 years of sales team management experience, and willingness to work shifting schedules with a salary of ₱35,000–₱40,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales team management experience.
• Experience handling telesales or appointment setting accounts preferred.
• Must be open to onsite work setup and shifting schedule.

• Supervise daily telesales operations and ensure adherence to scripts, partnership criteria, and client guidelines
• Monitor call quality, lead qualification accuracy, and appointment scheduling effectiveness

• Act as liaison between Allied Fusion Services, Inc. and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment

The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and performance delivery — driving the success of our telesales team through strong leadership, coaching, and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily telesales operations and ensure adherence to scripts, partnership criteria, and client guidelines


• Monitor call quality, lead qualification accuracy, and appointment scheduling effectiveness


• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to telesales agents


• Prepare consolidated daily and weekly performance reports


• Act as liaison between Allied Fusion Services, Inc. and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment
