DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for thedaily operations of the Branch Office,overseesbusiness development,profitabilityand productivity of thebranch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the branch operations and a team of sales associates to ensure the effective completion of their duties and responsibilities.
• Conduct daily operational assessments toensurebranch growth and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production and releases, providing regular updates on the branch’s operational status.
• Maintain strong client and employee engagement to ensure delivery of quality service.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with companyobjectives.
• Prepare andsubmitregular reports on branch performance to the Immediate Superior.
• Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff, ensuringtimelyandappropriate resolution.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

• DegreeinBusiness Management,Salesor Marketing orotherrelatedcourseis a plus.
• At leastfour (2) yearsof work-related experience inbranch operations, in a managerial or supervisorycapacity.
