Job summary

Allied Fusion Services, Inc. seeks a Telesales Team Leader (Level 1 Manager) to drive a high-performing telesales team at our IT Park, Cebu City onsite. This role emphasizes operational excellence, consistency, and performance delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise daily telesales operations, coach agents, monitor call quality and appointment setting, and prepare weekly reports. You’ll act as liaison with clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales team management experience.
• Experience handling telesales or appointment setting accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily telesales operations and ensure scripts and client guidelines are followed.
• Monitor call quality, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to telesales agents.
• Prepare consolidated daily and weekly performance reports.
• Liaise between Allied Fusion Services, Inc. and clients for smooth communication.

The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and performance delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily telesales operations and ensuring adherence to scripts, partnership criteria, and client guidelines.

• Monitoring call quality, lead qualification accuracy, and appointment scheduling effectiveness.

• Providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to telesales agents.

• Preparing consolidated daily and weekly reports for.

• Acting as liaison between Allied Fusion Services, Inc. and client to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Qualifications:
