1 Search Manpower Services is hiring a motivated telesales professional in Metro Manila to handle inbound and outbound calls, reach clients via phone and email, and drive sales through proactive follow-up and scheduling.

The role requires high school graduates with strong communication skills, calm professionalism under pressure, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while building client rapport.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing or collections.
• Open to high school graduates with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
• Fluent in Tagalog with conversational English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of market trends and competition
• Contact assigned clients via telephone and email
• Increase sales through regular follow-up calls and client scheduling
• Build rapport with clients by actively listening, clarifying needs, and managing conversation flow
• Assist clients in understanding their trade situation and current market trends
