Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing or collections.

• Fluent in Tagalog with conversational English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Contact assigned clients via telephone and email.
• Increase sales through regular follow-up calls and client scheduling.
• Build rapport by actively listening and clarifying needs.
• Provide effective solutions to customer concerns and issues.
