MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Telecom Transition & Delivery Specialist to manage end-to-end mobile fleet migrations and service transitions for AU telco projects. This onsite, day-shift role partners with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and on-time delivery.

You will own transition plans, monitor KPIs, escalate issues when needed, and drive process improvements while aligning with contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Completion of higher-level education.
• Minimum 3 years experience in telecom or related field.
• Strong project management, planning, and budget delivery.
• Exceptional communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end transitions of mobile fleets and activations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; communicate updates.
• Provide guidance and support during transitions for onboarding.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and report transition status.
• Suggest process improvements for mobile transitions.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contract deliverables.
