MicroSourcing seeks an experienced program leadership professional to drive complex mobile service migrations end-to-end from its site in the Philippines. Responsibilities

• End-to-End Transition Management: Ensure seamless integration of mobile services by managing internal workgroups across sites and service levels.
• Project Execution & Planning: Plan and execute small-to-medium mobile migrations, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
• Team & Indirect Leadership: Lead onshore/offshore teams and Mobile Transition leads, overseeing workload, priorities, and delivery excellence.
• Vendor & Contract Oversight: Manage vendor relationships in mobile provisioning and logistics, monitor performance, enforce SLAs, define statements of work.
• Stakeholder & SLT Engagement: Collaborate with Account and Sales teams; drive stakeholders to meet deadlines and raise risks to senior leadership when needed.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards through progress tracking, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Communication: Act as the bridge between delivery teams and business segments to oversee, communicate, and drive completion of customer transitions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Transition Management: Ensure the seamless integration of all mobile services into the ecosystem by managing internal workgroups across multiple sites and complex service levels.
• Project Execution & Planning: Independently plan and execute small-to-medium customer mobility migrations, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
• Team & Indirect Leadership: Lead and drive onshore/offshore teams and Mobile Transition leads, overseeing workload allocation, priority management, and overall delivery excellence.
• Vendor & Contract Oversight: Manage all vendor relationships involved in mobile provisioning and logistics, including performance monitoring, enforcing SLAs, and defining Statements of Work.
• Stakeholder & SLT Engagement: Collaborate closely with Account and Sales teams across all segments; proactively drive stakeholders to meet deadlines and raise risks to the Senior Leadership Team when necessary.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards through rigorous progress tracking, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Communication: Act as the primary bridge between delivery teams and business segments to oversee, communicate, and drive the completion of customer transitions.

• 10+ years of experience in program or project leadership.
• Proven experience in vendor and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with Lean methodologies.

• Certification in ITIL.
