Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig (BGC) is building a new team to support a dynamic Australian telco challenger. As Mobile Transition Lead you will oversee onboarding for mobile customers, ensuring devices and plans are set up accurately and on schedule, while partnering with customers and internal teams to keep the process moving.

You will help guide projects end-to-end, resolve roadblocks, and ensure a seamless transition experience for clients, contributing to a world-class service centre.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in onboarding a customer to a service across any industry.
• Experience in BPO telco migrations is a plus.
• Highly organized with a talent for keeping projects on track.
• Excellent at explaining complex ideas and running productive meetings.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile transitions: guide new and existing customer projects from start to finish, ensuring we deliver what we promised.
• Keep things on schedule: track progress, coordinate with different teams, and solve problems that could cause delays.
• Be a customer champion: help customers understand their new services and resolve any issues during the transition.
• Collaborate: work with both internal teams and customer contacts to ensure alignment.
• Solve problems: find solutions that work for both the customer and the telco provider.
