Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team in the Philippines to support a dynamic Australian telco client. The role focuses on onboarding mobile customers, ensuring accurate setup of devices and plans, and driving projects across multiple teams.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to keep processes moving and address roadblocks efficiently. We value highly organized individuals who can manage complex transitions, facilitate productive meetings, and deliver solutions that satisfy both

Qualifications

• 3+ years in onboarding or similar project-based roles.
• Experience in BPO telco migrations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for mobile customers and ensure timely setup of devices and plans.
• Track progress across teams and remove blockers to keep projects on schedule.
• Act as customer advocate, addressing issues during transition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts for alignment.
• Identify practical solutions that satisfy customer and telco requirements.
