MicroSourcing is hiring a Mobile Transition and Delivery Specialist (B2B AU Telco) for onsite work at BGC, Taguig. The role centers on coordinating mobile fleet migrations and service transitions, ensuring timely delivery and a superior customer experience.

You will manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders to safeguard revenue and growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom-related project delivery, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar telecom role or related field.
• Proven project management experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with detail-orientation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Transition Management: Oversee end-to-end transition of customer mobile fleets and activations.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop transition plans, manage timelines, track milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for internal/external stakeholders, manage expectations.
• Customer Support & Guidance: Provide guidance and resolve issues for smooth onboarding.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalation Management: Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs and report status to management.
• Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve transition processes and best practices.
• Contract Deliverables: Ensure transitions align with customer contracts.
• Mobile Delivery: Support enterprise mobile fleet management and related activities.
• Billing/Change: Handle billing offers changes and feature adjustments.
