DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a Store Specialist for our Cubao, Quezon City store. This contract position involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, educating customers on products, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe store environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, explain plans and promotions, and collaborate with the team to meet store targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service roles within telecommunications or consumer products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proficiency with basic POS systems and retail software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers.
