Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Assist customers with product enquiries, explaining telecommunications services, plans, and offerings in a clear and accessible manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, payments, and service activations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product features to effectively inform customers
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring merchandise displays are well-maintained
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with stocktaking activities
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer experiences and support peak trading periods
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times

About the role

We are seeking a Store Specialist to join the DITO Telecommunity Corporation team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Store Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with their telecommunications needs, and ensuring our store operates efficiently. This position is essential to our retail operations and directly contributes to our mission of providing quality telecommunications services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression




• Assist customers with product enquiries, explaining telecommunications services, plans, and offerings in a clear and accessible manner




• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, payments, and service activations




• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product features to effectively inform customers




• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction




• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring merchandise displays are well-maintained

What we're looking for

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during busy periods




• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully




• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required




• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required




• Willingness to continuously learn about products and industry developments
