About the role

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a Store Specialist to join our retail team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position where you will be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst promoting and selling DITO's innovative telecommunications products and services. As a Store Specialist, you will play a vital role in representing our brand at the point of sale, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. This position is based on-site at our retail location, where your presence and expertise will directly contribute to our store's success and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and attending to customer needs with professionalism and courtesy

• Demonstrate and explain DITO's telecommunications products, services, and plans to customers, highlighting key features and benefits

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques

• Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments responsibly

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay current with new offerings, promotions, and pricing information

• Address customer queries and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail environment, including product displays and stocktaking

• Support promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support collective store goals
