Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Telecommunications Compliance Analyst and Sales Support specialist in Quezon City. The role focuses on aligning business practices with Australian telecommunications regulations while supporting the sales and service delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, regulatory or administrative role within a telecommunications or similarly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and willingness to interpret complex guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret Australian telecommunications regulations and codes (ACMA, TIO, Communications Alliance).
• Maintain and update customer documentation including CIS, terms and conditions, and policy documents.
• Support the sales team with product enquiries, quotes and onboarding coordination.
• Develop SOPs for onboarding, billing, complaints and contract management.
• Coordinate customer communications on pricing changes and regulatory updates.
