Acquire Intelligence is seeking a senior Complaints Manager in Pasig, Philippines, to own end-to-end handling of complex, escalated complaints in a global outsourcing setting. The role is hands-on, not a people leader, and requires focus on regulatory readiness and privacy considerations.

The ideal candidate brings strong Australian telecoms complaints experience and working knowledge of TCP Code, ACPMA/ACCC protections, Privacy Act 1988, OAIC expectations, and TIO dispute handling.

Qualifications

• Senior-level responsibility for end-to-end complaints handling, including escalated cases.
• Strong regulatory and privacy knowledge is required.
• Experience with telecoms complaint processes and standards is preferred.
