Acquire Intelligence is a global outsourcer delivering telecoms support and back-office services with offices and work-from-home options. The role focuses on regulatory compliance for Australian telecoms, including ACMA and TIO guidelines, policy documentation, and customer communications.

The ideal candidate will document SOPs, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure accurate records. A proactive team player with attention to detail will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, regulatory or administrative role within the Australian telecommunications industry or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review complex documentation and produce publication-ready materials.
• Ability to develop and document processes, SOPs and customer-facing compliance documents such as CIS, Terms and Conditions and policy documents.

Responsabilités

• Research, monitor and interpret Australian telecommunications legislation and regulatory requirements from ACMA, the TIO and Communications Alliance.
• Review existing business practices to identify compliance gaps and assist with implementing regulatory changes.
• Prepare and coordinate customer communications relating to pricing changes, product updates and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with billing enquiries, order coordination and onboarding across sales, service and billing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support management in embedding new processes.
