Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; business, marketing or management preferred.
• 3–5 years of tele-sales, sales ops, customer acquisition, retention, or related functions.
• Supervisory or managerial experience handling tele-sales or retention teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tele-sales strategies to hit acquisition, renewal, and revenue targets.
• Manage daily tele-sales operations, lead handling, outbound calls, and renewals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Tele Sales and Tele Retention Teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and others to support sales initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance insights.
• Ensure compliance with policies and data privacy requirements.
