Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability of the branch in the Philippines. You will lead a team of sales associates and coordinate with other departments to deliver quality service.

The role requires a degree in Business Management or Marketing, at least two years of supervisory branch experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ortigas, Pasig training is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related course.
• At least 2 years of work experience in branch operations in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in lending/financing is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations and lead a team of sales associates to complete duties.
• Conduct daily operational assessments to drive growth and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production and provide updates on branch status.
• Maintain strong client and employee engagement to deliver quality service.
• Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to supervisor.
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
