Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. seeks a results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee digital loan leads from endorsement to release. You will manage follow-ups, monitor the pipeline, and ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries to boost conversion and experience.

You will coordinate with Digital Acquisition, Credit Review, Sales teams, and branches to ensure timely processing, set performance targets, and drive optimal workload and results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the timely follow-up and conversion of endorsed leads into approved and released loans.
• Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure that leads are actively managed, properly followed up, and progressed through the sales funnel.
• Ensure that customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requirements are addressed promptly to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Monitor the status of endorsed leads, pending requirements, approved accounts, released accounts, and unresolved customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the Digital Acquisition Team, Credit Review Department, Sales Team, Branches, and other concerned units to support timely processing and conversion of leads.
• Monitor individual and team performance against conversion targets, release targets, productivity targets, response time, and follow-up completion.
• Identify performance gaps, processing delays, customer handling issues, or conversion concerns and recommend action plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with established sales processes, lead handling procedures, documentation standards, and service level agreements.
• Supervise Digital Sales Associates and oversee daily digital sales operations to ensure proper workload management and target achievement.
