Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Team Leader/Branch Manager to drive loan production and lead a high-performing sales team. You will focus on customer acquisition, productivity, and portfolio quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in consumer lending or financing.
Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Results-driven and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly loan release and sales targets.
Supervise and coach Sales Associates to maximize productivity.
Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
Build partnerships with communities, companies, and referral networks.
Ensure loan applications are complete and compliant with company standards.
Monitor portfolio performance and assist in maintaining portfolio quality.
Conduct regular team meetings, field coaching, and performance evaluations.
Submit sales and productivity reports to Management.
