Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
2-3 years of sales leadership experience in Banking, Financing, or Lending.
Strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to achieve monthly sales targets.
Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Generate quality loan applications and ensure complete documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and loan releases.
Conduct field visits and assist the team in client acquisition.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Branch personnel to facilitate loan processing.
