Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Management, or related field.
• With at least three (3) years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, digital marketing, brand management, client acquisition, or related functions.
• With supervisory or managerial experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, content strategy, marketing analytics, customer engagement, and campaign performance measurement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or sales-driven industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies across digital and offline channels to support client acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of marketing campaigns, promotions, content strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance, customer insights, campaign data, and key metrics to recommend improvements and drive effective decision-making.
• Manage brand communication, marketing materials, partnerships, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent brand positioning and campaign execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while ensuring alignment of marketing activities with business objectives, sales targets, and company goals.
