The role emphasizes problem-solving, empathy, and a proactive attitude to cross-sell or upsell products while maintaining high service standards. Experience is not required; training will be provided.

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience in a call-centre or customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
