TORCH Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Telco Account to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. You will handle inbound customer inquiries and provide technical support for telecommunications products and services, ensuring timely and courteous resolution.

Qualifications

• HS graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate
• At least 6 months CCE/Call Center Experience
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication products and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of resolutions.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or subject matter experts.
• Proactively suggest process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to the continuous training and development of the customer support team.
