Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate.
• 1 year of Telco experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centre ideally in telecommunications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve queries quickly.
• Fluency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on products and services.
• Escalate complex queries to appropriate teams and follow up for resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Identify pain points and suggest continuous service improvements.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
