Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is hiring a Customer Care Associate for a Telco account at the Cagayan de Oro site. You will assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, service concerns, and basic technical issues via inbound and outbound calls.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to providing quality customer service. You will work onsite in Cagayan de Oro and be part of a team focused on achieving high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Senior high or high school graduate.
• Call center experience is an advantage, not required.
• Telco account experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication and active listening.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account updates.
• Address service interruptions, connectivity issues, and basic technical concerns.
• Provide accurate information about plans, promotions, and service features.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update account records accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
