Job summary

Firstsource is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Telco Enterprise & Wholesale Sales team in a developmental, individual-contributor role. You will support the management of an assigned portfolio of small-value enterprise and wholesale accounts, working closely with a senior Account Manager and Sales Team Manager.

You will build on a background in enterprise or wholesale telecommunications, with knowledge of broadband connectivity and colocation services.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of small-value enterprise/wholesale accounts, under the guidance of a senior Account Manager.
• Maintain and build client relationships, responding to routine account queries and service requests within agreed timeframes.
• Develop working knowledge of the client's broadband connectivity and colocation service usage to support account planning and identify straightforward upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Execute established account plans and playbooks to support customer retention and satisfaction, escalating complex issues, negotiations, or strategic decisions to senior team members.
• Assist senior Account Managers and Business Development Managers with lead qualification and pipeline administration.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and account records in CRM systems.
• Support regular reporting on portfolio performance against revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction (NPS) targets.
• Participate in account planning sessions and campaign execution as a supporting contributor.
• Ensure all account activity complies with company policies and commercial guidelines.
