Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking an experienced Telco Customer Care Associate to join our onsite team. You will handle calls, assist with billing inquiries, and provide basic troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 months of telco experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. Onsite work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of telco account experience.
• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• B2-level English communication proficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
• Address technical concerns and provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
• Explain service features, plans, charges, and account information accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update account records accurately.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and performance targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
