Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 3 months of call center experience; telco experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills with at least B2 proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy and navigation skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Can communicate professionally and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Willing to work onsite and follow shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Fresh graduates and applicants looking to grow their BPO careers are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound and outbound calls as required.
• Assist customers with telco services, account updates, billing inquiries, and payment concerns.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for connectivity, network, and other technical issues.
• Explain telecommunications products, service features, and account policies.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
