Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Account Manager, B2B Telco, to manage a Mid-Market portfolio from our Taguig office. You will support lifecycle activities, collaborate with Sales, and drive growth in customer accounts with cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end account management, relationship building, and targeting retention and expansion within a multinational team. Onsite dayshift in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, or accounting.
• 2–3 years in B2B telco or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle support for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers.
• Assist Sales in maintaining relationships and driving growth.
• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of customer segments; deepen relationships.
