MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales Development Representative (B2B AU Telco) to drive outbound growth from our base in BGC, Taguig. This onsite, day-shift role focuses on generating new business opportunities for the Australian telco space and supporting the sales team with high-quality appointments.

You will research target accounts, engage decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise segments, and manage outreach campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in outbound telesales, business development, or appointment setting in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives and manage multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers in Mid Market and Enterprise segments.
• Build pipeline through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and personalize messaging.
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments and support sales handoffs to BMDs.
