MicroSourcing is seeking a Service Support Specialist to join the B2B AU Telco team in Taguig, on-site with day shifts. The role bridges sales, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure service success.

The ideal candidate will handle enterprise customer inquiries, escalate where needed, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and complaint resolution.
• Strong understanding of technology, telecom products, services, and processes (preferred).
• Proficient in Salesforce; comfortable with Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams by actioning service requests and assisting with escalations and basic technical issues.
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints across enterprise & business product suites.
• Identify trends, report issues, and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and revenue protection.
