Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new on-site sales team in the Philippines to support a dynamic Australian telco. As an Outbound Sales Representative you will drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and multi-channel outreach, booking meetings and feeding the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce and Salesloft, and collaborating with BMDs to ensure successful handovers and pipeline

Qualifications

At least 2 years in Sales Development or Sales in a B2B SaaS context is preferred.
Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting is required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline.
Convert conversations into qualified appointments and support the sales team with high-quality opportunities.
Track KPIs and maintain CRM data accuracy across Salesforce/Salesloft.
Collaborate with BMDs to ensure smooth handovers and feedback loops.
