Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical operations, ad tech support, backend product support, or integrations engineering.
• Leadership experience managing trainers or leads in a SaaS/digital advertising enablement function.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and API-first platforms.
• Expert SQL skills: window functions, CTEs, multi-table joins, and query optimization.
• Hands-on API experience: RESTful patterns, authentication (OAuth, JWT), server-side event forwarding.
• Strong understanding of attribution modeling, signal optimization, and tracking tags accordingly.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern a multi-year technical enablement roadmap.
• Lead a team of technical trainers and instructional designers, focusing on career progression and mastery.
• Align training programs with platform updates and market shifts through cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee creation of scenario-based learning using ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Review instructional materials, SQL labs, and API debugging labs for technical accuracy and quality.
• Evaluate and implement modern learning technologies to enhance skill acquisition.
