Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Head to lead the design, development, and execution of a scalable learning strategy for technical operations teams in a robotics-driven environment. You will translate complex workflows into structured training modules, playbooks, and assessments to accelerate onboarding and improve operator readiness.

You will oversee SMEs supporting data annotation, technical writing, and teleoperations coaching, collaborating with Operations,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or related
• 5+ years in technical training within tech/operations environments
• Experience building training programs from the ground up with curriculum design and evaluation
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder mgmt skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable learning framework aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
• Develop operator readiness scorecards and competency-based pathways.
• Translate complex workflows into modular training, playbooks, and assessments.
• Lead (train‑the‑trainer) initiatives and oversee learning contributors.
• Track training effectiveness using performance data and feedback; report to leadership.
• Oversee instructional design and content development for standardized, audit-ready materials.
• Manage live training sessions, simulations, and blended learning activities.
