Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader (Technical Trainer) to design and expand training programs aligned with product methodologies. You will deliver end-user and partner training, including exams, and write technical training materials for IT and network teams.

The role focuses on AI-assisted learning, onboarding engineers, and improving operational workflows while maintaining high-quality, scalable programs. This is a 100% onsite position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years training or teaching experience.
• Experience creating training assets and knowledge base articles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curricula, exams.
• Deliver technical training for support staff on network systems and new tech.
• Develop and maintain technical training documentation and knowledge bases.
• Lead induction and enablement programs for specialized engineering roles.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
