Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative I to join our team in Vertis North, Quezon City.

The role focuses on resolving end-user issues across hardware, software, and networking support, with data entry and installations of Global Payments products. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of technical support experience, understands the Bankcard industry, and can communicate clearly in writing and speech while using MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience providing technical support to end users.
• Fundamental knowledge of the Bankcard Industry.
• Ability to work rapidly, independently and accurately under pressure to meet goals.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, products and services; stay current with procedures.
• Strong typed and written communication; proficient with MS Office & G-Suite.

Responsabilités

• Resolve end-user issues in a call-centre style setting using step-by-step instructions.
• Field support requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Enter merchant data accurately into databases using proprietary tools.
• Schedule and complete installations of Global Payments products.
• Stay current with equipment options and product features.
• Meet production, quality, and attendance targets.
• Communicate fulfillment details across product, development, sales, and merchants.
