Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in technical support, IT help desk or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Professional and patient when addressing customer concerns.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site at Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including evenings and graveyard shifts.
