Job summary

Full Scale in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a remote position. You will provide high-quality technical support to customers using our payment processing platform, resolving issues and documenting findings.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations to ensure smooth resolution, meet SLAs, and contribute to a growing knowledge base. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and proactive attitude.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to handle high-volume support and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for the payment processing platform.
• Troubleshoot payment transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and billing discrepancies.
• Document findings and maintain records in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering and product teams with documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations for resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge base and customer-facing documentation.
• Meet or exceed defined SLAs and improve support processes.
• Mentor new team members on troubleshooting and product knowledge.
