Payreto Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Support Representative to deliver timely and accurate technical solutions to online payment account users via call, chat, and email.

You will be the front-line contact ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting performance targets set by Payreto and the client. Responsibilities include handling 24/7 support for high-value clients, diagnosing hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems, updating knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/CS/Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in back-office document processing or 2+ years in BPO inbound voice/email/chat handling international accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for online payment accounts in a 24/7 environment.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and determine cost-effective resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources and document review notes.
• Maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests.
• Attend client and Payreto trainings and keep knowledge base up to date.
• Willing to render overtime as needed by business demands.
