Job summary

You will work with Linux/Unix, Windows, macOS, VMware, Hyper-V, and perform BIOS/UEFI diagnostics, log analysis, and basic SQL/Oracle commands as needed. A proactive communicator with 1–2 years IT experience fits well.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a voice modality.
• 1–2+ years IT experience.
• Proficient with Linux/Unix, Windows, macOS.
• Familiar with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting and boot diagnostics.
• Basic Linux command line and log analysis.
