Job summary

You\'ll work with Windows, Linux, AD, VPNs, and VoIP systems, coordinate with teams, and help migrate devices. Strong service mindset and written/verbal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of helpdesk/field-onsite experience supporting end users
• Experience with Windows OS, AD, Exchange, Office 365 and SharePoint
• Experience with Linux operating systems and networking protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot VoIP, VPNs and firewall-related issues
• Strong communication and client service focus

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for computer, application, system, device, and hardware issues
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity
• Respond to calls, email, and online requests for support
• Document, track, and monitor problems using service tools
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve user problems
• Prioritize issues and manage assigned tasks
• Assist with migrations and hardware replacements
• Serve as Dispatcher and Helpdesk escalation resource
