Job summary

N-able Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Metro Manila to diagnose and resolve issues across Remote Monitoring, Asset Tracking, and more. You will deliver phone, email, and chat support while developing deep product knowledge.

The role includes 24/7 support with rotational weekends and holidays in a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-hub). The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience and strong Windows/Linux skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting server, network, email, and endpoint security issues.
• Detailed knowledge of Windows Server OS, AD, GPO, boot sequence, file structure, registry and event logs.
• Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, DHCP, VPN, firewall; SMTP, web services, email services, SNMP, FTP a plus.
• Scripting knowledge in Bash, PowerShell or Python is desirable.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Linux servers, MacOS, SQL administration and backup technologies is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience delivering phone, email and chat support with strong typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and support to N-able partners via phone, email, and chat, owning end-to-end issue resolution.
• Combine technical knowledge with problem-solving and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent support experience.
• Redirect or escalate issues when needed and document cases thoroughly.
• Prioritize incidents in the ticketing system with responsibility over own caseload, aligned to SLAs.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of N-able products and services.
• Provide 24/7 support with rotational weekends and holidays.
