Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join the team. You will provide first-line network support via phone, email, and tickets and proactively maintain customer IT infrastructure and networking equipment.

You will troubleshoot incidents remotely, identify solutions, guide customers through problems, and escalate complex issues. The role requires an IT degree or networking cert, CCNA desirable, and willingness to work rotating schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IT degree or networking certification required; CCNA desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach.
• Understanding of networking protocols and network security technologies.
• Basic Cisco routing, switching, DHCP, QoS, and IP routing
• Able to work rotating schedules in fast-paced environments
• Strong multitasking skills while handling concurrent customer issues
• Able to follow management and senior colleagues’ instructions
• Quick learner of unfamiliar technologies using available resources
• Strong communication, teamwork, ownership, and collaboration skills
• Previous help or service desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line network support through phone, email, and tickets
• Proactively maintain customer IT infrastructure, systems, and networking equipment
• Troubleshoot incidents remotely using diagnostic techniques and targeted questions
• Identify appropriate solutions based on customer issues and details
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving processes
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate support teams
• Maintain accurate incident logs, resolutions, and customer updates
• Ensure service level agreements are consistently met without missed conditions
• Identify process improvements and share customer feedback with internal team
