Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Senior Services Technician to monitor, administer, and provide break/fix support for client managed appliances in a hybrid Pasig setting. You will maintain patch compliance on servers, mitigate OS risks, and ensure availability for client operations.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT Service Desk or End-User Support, with L2/L2.5 experience and preference for managed services in large enterprises. We offer flexible on-site/hybrid work and strong teaming culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Service Desk or End-User Support roles.
• Experience at L2/L2.5 level with L3-leaning responsibilities.
• Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, administer, and provide break/fix support for client’s managed appliance.
• Maintain patch compliance of clients’ servers to protect against published vulnerabilities.
• Mitigate operating system risks and enable maximum system availability for clients’ business operations.
• Provide L2/L2.5 level support with L3-leaning responsibilities.
