Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOM) on project requirements
• Manage procurement activities for local and international suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, and coordination
• Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including project costing, profit analysis, and scope definition
• Maintain organized records of project data, supplier information, client details, and delivery schedules
• Support inventory monitoring and coordinate material deliveries to project sites and clients
• Track project budgets and cash flow, analyzing actual versus projected costs and profitability
• Prepare technical reports and professional presentation materials for internal and client use

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical or related field
• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
• 3-5 years experience in technical sales, electrical design, or project engineering
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and basic design tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and quotations
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD is an advantage)
• Willing to do field work and client visits
